Cheryl Scarboro and Peter Bresnan Named Among the “Enforcement 40” at the 2013 Securities Enforcement Forum
Simpson Thacher Litigation Partners Cheryl J. Scarboro and Peter H. Bresnan were recognized on October 9, 2013 at the Securities Enforcement Forum 2013 in Washington D.C. at the Mayflower Hotel. Ms. Scarboro and Mr. Bresnan were named to the Forum’s inaugural “Enforcement 40,” a list of the 40 best and brightest securities enforcement defense attorneys in the industry, recognizing lawyers who have experience in bet-the-company and SEC Division of Enforcement matters.
