On Wednesday, June 11, 2014, Simpson Thacher will host its annual “Mid-Year Securities and Corporate Litigation CLE Program” in its New York office. This CLE program will address recent decisions, emerging trends and breaking developments in securities and corporate litigation. Panelists for the CLE include litigation partners Alexis S. Coll-Very, Peter E. Kazanoff, Joseph M. McLaughlin, and Cheryl J. Scarboro. The panel will be moderated by litigation partner Jonathan K. Youngwood.
