Glenn Sarno Co-Chairs and Brian Robbins Speaks at NY City Bar Association CLE Program
Corporate Partner Glenn Sarno co-chaired, and Executive Compensation and Benefits Partner Brian Robbins served on the faculty of, a CLE event held at the New York City Bar Association on September 9 titled “ERISA Developments Affecting Private Equity & Hedge Funds.” This program focused on key issues and developments that arise under ERISA when organizing and operating private equity and hedge funds. The CLE was co-hosted by the NY City Bar Association Committee on Private Investment Funds, a 43-member committee, comprised of in-house and outside counsel chaired by Glenn Sarno, that addresses legal and regulatory issues affecting private equity funds and hedge funds and other facets of alternative asset management and investing.
