Corporate Partner Ryerson Symons was named “Dealmaker of the Week” by The American Lawyer for leading the M&A team representing BC Partners along with a group of investors in the acquisition of PetSmart for $8.7 billion. The transaction represents the largest leveraged buyout in the U.S. so far this year.
