Corporate Partner Rob Spatt will speak at the 33rd Annual Federal Securities Institute on February 5, 2015 in Miami, Florida. Rob is speaking on a panel titled “Latest Trends and Issues: Public Company Negotiated Deals and Hostile Deals.” The Institute is presented by Thomson Reuters and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and features on its faculty, among others, Vice-Chancellor Glasscock of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
