Corporate Partner Rob Spatt will be a guest faculty member at Harvard Law School on Monday, November 16, 2015, as part of the Mergers, Acquisitions & Split-ups course, which is run by Professor Robert C. Clark and Chief Justice Leo E. Strine, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court.
