Patrick Ryan, Event Co-Chair, and Jennifer Hobbs to Present at PLI’s Leveraged Financing 2016 Seminar
Corporate Partners Patrick Ryan and Jennifer Hobbs will participate in the Practising Law Institute’s Leveraged Financing 2016 seminar on May 4. Patrick will co-chair and speak on a panel, “Leveraged Financing Today,” which will provide an overview of the market and will address business and legal drivers of deal activity, refinancing needs and techniques, trends in deal structures and terms, and product, market and geographic comparisons.
Jennifer will speak on a panel, “Acquisition Finance Update,” which will provide an overview of the financing commitment process and will address the financing provisions of acquisition agreements, structuring developments in response to regulatory pressures and strategic and sponsored acquisition financings.
