Michael J. Osnato, Jr. to Speak at New York City Bar’s 6th Annual White Collar Crime Institute
Litigation Partner Michael J. Osnato, Jr. will speak at the New York City Bar Association’s 6th Annual White Collar Crime Institute on May 11. Michael will be moderating a panel titled “Afternoon Keynote Address: A Conversation with Bethany McLean.” In addition, Michael will be moderating a panel titled “Whistleblower Psychology.” This panel will discuss the psychology of blowing the whistle; the role of whistleblower counsel in identifying and vetting high-value whistleblowers; the lawyer’s perspective on navigating a fluid whistleblower-based investigation; and the qualitative perspective on how the SEC works with whistleblowers.
