Silver Lake Invests Up to $400 Million in Unity Software
Simpson Thacher is representing Silver Lake Partners (“Silver Lake”) in connection with Silver Lake’s investment of up to $400 million in Unity Software, Inc. (“Unity Software”).
Unity Software is the creator of an end-to-end development platform used to create rich interactive 2D, 3D, VR and AR video games and experiences. Unity Software’s graphics engine and editor serve as the foundation to develop games or apps on mobile devices, home entertainment systems, personal computers and embedded systems.
