GEP Haynesville Completes $500 Million Credit Facility
Simpson Thacher represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $500 million revolving credit facility for GEP Haynesville, LLC, a joint venture of GeoSouthern Energy Corporation and GSO.
GeoSouthern is a privately held exploration and production company based in the Woodlands, Texas.
