Nicholas Goldin Quoted in Law360 on SEC Enforcement of the Private Equity Industry
Litigation Partner Nicholas Goldin was quoted in a recent Law360 article titled “The SEC Is Still Eyeing PE Firms Despite Enforcement Lull.” “What we now have is essentially a catalog of public orders from the last several years that provides useful lines in the road,” he was quoted as saying. “Those orders are a useful starting point, but they’re often not the end point, because they don’t always provide directly on-point guidance to the question at hand.”
