Corporate Partner Joe Kaufman will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s Securities Offerings 2019: A Public Offering from Start to Finish conference on October 25 in New York. Joe will speak on two panels titled, “Working Effectively with the SEC: Preparing Your Registration Statement” and “Important Financial Statements, Accounting Disclosures and Key Securities Offering Documentation.” The panels will focus on, among other topics, the registration process, including the SEC review and comment process, and the critical financial information that forms the backbone of disclosures in securities offerings, respectively.
