Marni Lerner Quoted in The American Lawyer on Private Equity M&A Market
Marni Lerner, Head of the Firm’s Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, was quoted in an article by The American Lawyer. The article, titled “Private Equity Deal Value Dips, But Big Law Doesn’t Feel the Pinch,” discusses the factors driving PE M&A activity so far in 2019. Speaking about the health of the overall private equity market, Marni noted that it has been a “seller’s market” for some time and that this past year has not been significantly different.
