Funds Partners Michael Wolitzer and Olga Gutman were quoted in a Law360 article on how private equity sponsors are preparing for a potential U.S. recession. Michael said that sponsors, who are always evaluating and anticipating potential market shifts, are looking at a number of different fund structures, including those aimed at longer investment horizons. Olga concurred, saying that funds want access to a range of potential structure options and also noted that some sponsors are expecting an increased focus on credit strategies.
