Partner Todd Crider was quoted in a Law.com article titled, “Chile Unrest Seen as Slight Setback for Deals in Country That Provides Steady Work for Lawyers.” The article discussed the Chilean economy and how recent unrest in the country could affect dealmaking. When discussing the potential longer-term impacts, Todd noted that despite the short-term uncertainty, “at the same time it’s an economy that has a lot of residual strength.”
