Partners Keith Noreika, Patrick Ryan and Bill Sheehan, Counsel Adam Cohen, and Associate Mike Vernace participated in a webinar, “Understanding the Main Street Lending Program,” hosted by the American Bankers Association on May 26, 2020. The presentation provided an overview of the key terms of the Main Street Lending Program (MSLP) that was announced by the Federal Reserve in April 2020, as well as discussed important updates to the MSLP term sheets, questions, ambiguities and sensitivities for the market and expectations for MSLP program documentation.
