Katie Sudol Speaks at PLI’s “Hot Topics in Mergers & Acquisitions 2020” Program
Corporate Partner Katie Sudol spoke at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) “Hot Topics in Mergers & Acquisitions 2020” virtual program on September 25th. Katie co-led a panel titled, “M&A Lessons from the COVID-19 Crisis.” The discussion focused on terminated M&A deals, the resurgence of poison pills, shareholder activism amid the pandemic, and financing and liquidity trends, among other topics.
