Simpson Thacher advised Finance of America on its debut issuance and sale of $350 million of 7.875% Senior Notes due 2025. Finance of America intends to use approximately $300 million of the net proceeds from the notes offering to fund a distribution to its owners and to retain the remaining net proceeds, after offering expenses, for growth and general corporate purposes.
