Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering by Broadridge

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, in connection with a registered offering by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (“Broadridge”) of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 2.6% Senior Notes due 2031. Broadridge intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay a portion of the outstanding indebtedness under its term credit agreement and for general corporate purposes.
