Simpson Thacher Represents JPMorgan in GE’s Amended Senior Unsecured Credit Facility

Simpson Thacher represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $10 billion senior unsecured back-up revolving syndicated credit facility (the “Amended Senior Unsecured Credit Facility”) for General Electric Company (“GE”).

The Amended Senior Unsecured Credit Facility amends GE’s $15 billion back-up revolving syndicated credit facility that was scheduled to mature in April 2023.
