Jonathan Youngwood, Global Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, was quoted in articles by The AmLaw Litigation Daily and Law360. The articles discussed a recent Cornerstone Research report on securities class action activity in the first half of 2024, which found that total class action securities filings are relatively on pace with last year.
