Goldman Sachs Acquires the Center for Social Dynamics

Simpson Thacher represented Goldman Sachs Alternatives (“Goldman Sachs”) in connection with the financing of Goldman Sach’s acquisition of the Center of Social Dynamics from NMS Capital. The Center of Social Dynamics is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis to children with autism spectrum disorder. Services are provided by the Center of Social Dynamics in the home, virtually, in schools, and in centers. The Center of Social Dynamics serves over 4,000 clients across California, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and Colorado, delivering 1.3 million hours of care annually, employing a team of approximately 1,500 providers.
