Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, in connection with the registered public offering by Apple Inc. of $4.5 billion aggregate principal amount of notes over four tranches with maturities ranging from three to ten years. Since 2013, Simpson Thacher has advised on 29 separate offerings by Apple, raising more than $175 billion across the global debt markets.
