LLC, in connection with the registered public offering by Northrop Grumman Corporation (“Northrop Grumman”), of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.650% Senior Notes due 2030 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.250% Senior Notes due 2035. Northrop Grumman intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include debt repayment (including their 7.875% and 7.750% senior notes due 2026), share repurchases and working capital.
