Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP today announced that Iliana Karaoglan has joined the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice as a Partner in the New York office.

Iliana’s practice focuses on representing public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across industries, including consumer products, media and entertainment, healthcare and real estate. She also has experience advising on general corporate matters, including reporting requirements, corporate governance issues and other strategic considerations. She joins the Firm from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
