Amphenol Completes $750 Million and €600 Million Senior Notes Offerings

The Firm recently represented the underwriters in connection with the public offerings by Amphenol Corporation (“Amphenol”) of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.375% Senior Notes due 2028 (the “USD Notes”) and €600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.125% Senior Notes due 2032 (the “Euro Notes”). The offering of the USD Notes closed June 12, 2025 and the offering of the Euro Notes closed June 16, 2025.

Amphenol intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the USD Notes and the offering of the Euro Notes to repay borrowings under Amphenol’s U.S. commercial paper program and for general corporate purposes.
