América Móvil Completes Peso-Denominated Senior Notes Offering

The Firm represented BBVA, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Santander, as underwriters, in connection with the public offering of Ps.6.0 billion (equivalent to approximately US$321 million) in aggregate principal amount of 10.125% Senior Notes due 2029, Ps.6.0 billion (equivalent to approximately US$321 million) in aggregate principal amount of 9.500% Senior Notes due 2031 and Ps.3.5 billion (equivalent to approximately US$187 million) in aggregate principal amount of 10.300% Senior Notes due 2034 by América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V.

The notes are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and with the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission). The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for trading on the Euro MTF Market and on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V. (the Mexican Stock Exchange).

América Móvil will use the net proceeds from the offering of the notes to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, expenditures and investments in one or more eligible green projects or eligible social projects.

América Móvil, which is organized in Mexico, is a leading telecommunications services provider in Latin America, ranking first in wireless, fixed-line, broadband and Pay TV services based on the number of revenue generating units (RGUs). América Móvil’s largest operations are in Mexico and Brazil. América Móvil also has operations in 16 other countries in the Americas and seven countries in Central and Eastern Europe. As of March 31, 2025, América Móvil had 323.9 million wireless subscribers and 78.2 million fixed RGUs.
