Anne Choe, a partner in Simpson Thacher’s Registered Funds and Funds Regulatory practices, participated in the Investment Company Institute’s 2025 Investment Management Conference. She spoke on a panel titled “Fund Governance in a New Era,” which focused on the opportunities and challenges that independent directors face while experiencing dramatic policy changes, rapid product innovation and complexity in oversight responsibilities.
