Simpson Thacher Represents JPMorgan in Claire’s Chapter 11 Cases
Simpson Thacher is representing JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“JPM”), as administrative agent and lender under a pre-petition ABL facility in connection with the bankruptcy cases of Claire’s Holdings LLC and its affiliated debtors (“Claire’s”). Claire’s commenced chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on August 6, 2025.
Claire’s is a global jewelry and accessories retailer operating 2,750 locations in 17 countries. Claire’s products are also sold in thousands of concession locations in North America and Europe and Claire’s has more than 300 franchisee locations in the Middle East and South Africa.
