Grupo Nutresa Completes US$1 Billion Reopening of Senior Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher represented Goldman Sachs and Citi in connection with the offering and sale by Grupo Nutresa and its subsidiaries of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of additional 8.000% Senior Notes due 2030 and US$500 million aggregate principal amount of additional 9.000% Senior Notes due 2035. The additional notes constitute a reopening of the US$2 billion aggregate principal amount of notes initially issued on May 12, 2025.
