Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund, Inc. Raises Approximately $353 Million in Transferable Rights Offering
Simpson Thacher represented Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) in an SEC-registered transferable rights offering pursuant to which the Fund expects to issue approximately 14,993,927 new shares of common stock, resulting in anticipated gross proceeds to the Fund of approximately $353 million. The Fund is a closed-end management investment company registered under the 1940 Act. The Fund’s shares of common stock trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “UTF.”
