Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in $400 Million Senior Notes Offering by Hyatt
Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in a registered public offering by Hyatt Hotels Corporation (“Hyatt”) of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% Senior Notes due 2035. Hyatt intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay existing indebtedness, for other general corporate purposes and to pay fees and expenses related to the offering.
