Rajib Chanda Quoted in Ignites on SEC Modernization of Asset Management
Rajib Chanda, Global Head of Asset Management, spoke with Ignites about the SEC’s impactful asset management changes in 2025. In the article, “Co-Investment, Proxy Reforms Top a Year of Unilateral SEC Action,” Rajib discusses some of the most impactful changes of the year, including the easing of rules governing co-investments by registered funds alongside alternative investors. As Rajib notes, “Registered funds are being included in more deals than they ever have been before because it's easier to include them as long as it's fair."
