Simpson Thacher is also representing JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in its related pending acquisition of the Apple Card portfolio, which is estimated to bring over $20 billion of card balances to the Chase platform. Completion of the proposed transaction is subject to required regulatory approvals.
