Simpson Thacher Advises Neuberger Berman on its Investment in HighBrook Last-Mile Logistics Platform
Simpson Thacher has advised Neuberger Berman and their NB Real Estate Secondary Opportunities Fund II on the acquisition of a minority stake in a portfolio of 23 Dutch logistics assets from HighBrook Investors, which forms part of CityLink, HighBrook’s last-mile logistics platform operating across the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark.
