Laura Brett, head of the Firm's Advertising Advisory and Litigation Practice, Co-Chaired the 9th Annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Advertising Claims Substantiation in New York City held February 5-6. Laura also spoke on the panel, “Fireside Chat with the NAD,” during which the audience gained critical insights into the latest priorities, initiatives and investigations from the US advertising industry’s self-regulatory forum for resolving advertising disputes.
