Adam Aderton Quoted in Hedge Fund Law Report on Compliance with Regulation S-P Enhancements
Partner Adam Aderton was quoted extensively in a Hedge Fund Law Report article titled, “Best Practices for Complying With Regulation S‑P’s New Notification Requirements,” which detailed the amendments to Regulation S-P, practical steps fund managers should take upon discovery of a cyber incident, best practices for customer notification and legal analysis of the requirements. Adam noted that fund managers should have adopted and implemented policies and procedures before the latest amendments and should have updated those procedures as necessary before the recent compliance date.
