Peter Vassilev to Speak at IBA on Managing Conflicts of Interest
Peter Vassilev, a Partner in the Firm’s Private Funds Practice, will speak on a panel at the International Bar Association (IBA)’s Private Funds Conference on March 9 in London. The panel titled “Managing Conflicts of Interest” will discuss how sponsors manage conflicts of interest, including affiliate transactions and secondaries, while also taking into account the applicable regulatory regimes in which the funds operate.
