Simpson Thacher Advises Investec Bank on Subscription Facility
Simpson Thacher has advised Investec Bank plc (“Investec”) on a subscription-line facility, made available to Goldenpeak Fund I LP (“Goldenpeak Fund I”).
Goldenpeak Fund I is a private equity fund, focussing on growth investments in the UK and Ireland in the B2B services sector. As Goldenpeak’s inaugural fund, it has attracted strong demand from leading institutional investors across Europe and the U.S.
The facilities provided by Investec will be used to support Goldenpeak Fund I’s initial investments and its general working capital requirements.
