Fred de Albuquerque to Speak at Transaction Advisors Institute’s M&A Conference
Mergers and Acquisitions Partner Fred de Albuquerque will participate in the Transaction Advisors Institute’s M&A Conference at Wharton San Francisco on March 18. Fred will moderate a panel on “Engaging M&A Targets,” which will feature senior M&A leaders from Lyft, Autodesk, Trimble, and J.P. Morgan. The panel will explore best practices for identifying and building trust with potential acquisition targets, including approaches for defining preliminary financial terms. Panelists will also examine how to structure LOIs to optimize outcomes, and discuss creative mechanisms deal teams can use to support long-term alignment.
This annual conference assembles corporate M&A professionals to discuss current challenges impacting transactions and explores methods for improving the deal process and M&A performance.
