Ryan Brizek to Speak about Democratizing Access to Private Markets at Investment Company Institute
Ryan Brizek, a Partner in the Firm’s Registered Funds Practice, will be a featured panelist at the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Investment Management Conference on March 25 in Palm Desert, CA. Ryan’s panel titled, “Democratizing Access to Private Markets,” will explore industry trends related to retail private market access. The panel will also discuss how potential regulatory changes may impact those trends as the SEC and DOL consider ways to facilitate access to alternative assets in defined-contribution retirement plans as directed by the President’s Executive Order.
