Adam Aderton to Speak at 2026 ACA Conference
Adam Aderton, a Partner in the Firm’s Asset Management Regulatory and Enforcement Practice, will be a featured panelist at the 2026 ACA Conference on April 16 in Nashville. Adam will participate in a panel titled, “Fee and Expense Allocation Under the Microscope: Practical Strategies for CCOs in Private Funds,” which will explore the operational, legal, and compliance dimensions of expense allocation. The panelists will discuss documentation best practices, testing methodologies and how to align allocation policies with LP expectations and SEC guidance.
