DB Terra Chile Holdco SpA (“Mundo”) Completes Inaugural US$435.0 Million Senior Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher represented Mundo in connection with its inaugural international offering of US$435.0 million principal amount of its 7.950% Senior Notes due 2031. The offering of the notes was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act. The proceeds of the offering will be applied to repay or redeem certain of Mundo’s existing indebtedness, including the cost of unwinding existing hedging agreements, and the remainder, if any, for general corporate purposes.
Mundo is a leading provider of telecommunication services through high-speed fiber-to-the-home connections in Chile.
