Summer Craig Speaks at PLI’s “Property and Casualty Insurance Law 2026” Program
Litigation Partner Summer Craig participated in the Practicing Law Institute’s (“PLI”) “Property and Casualty Insurance Law 2026” program on April 22 in New York. Summer spoke on a panel titled “Environmental Claims and Disputes,” which included discussion of complex policy provisions addressing environmental contamination, including PFAS (forever chemicals). The panelists discussed ongoing PFAS litigation and coverage developments, examined the latest issues in coverage disputes involving government-authorized emissions, and analyzed the impact of the Supreme Court’s decision in Mallory with respect to consent-by-registration statutes in the litigation of environmental insurance coverage disputes.
