Jonathan Youngwood Co-Chairs PLI’s Securities Litigation 2026 Program
Jonathan Youngwood, Global Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, led the Practicing Law Institute’s (“PLI”) day-long “Securities Litigation 2026: From Investigation to Trial” program on April 27. The panels focused on internal investigations and regulatory proceedings in securities matters, class certification, fact and expert discovery, mediation and trials.
The “Securities Litigation 2026” program is designed for securities practitioners, outside and in-house counsel, compliance officers, regulators, investment bankers and securities dealers, and offers guidance on the issues that can arise in the most complex securities matters — from the initial government investigation to the filing of the civil cases to either settlement or trial.
