Stephen Blake Speaks on Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange Panel
Litigation Partner Stephen Blake spoke on a panel entitled, “Inside Delaware: Governance, Incorporation, and What’s Changing” as part of the Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange on May 6 in Palo Alto. Highlighting recent case studies and best practices, Stephen and the other panelists engaged in a discussion aimed at providing board members with the latest developments in Delaware law. The conversation explored emerging governance considerations, trends in incorporation and reincorporation and how Delaware continues to adapt to the changing needs of modern corporations.
