Yondr Secures Financing to Accelerate Hyperscale Expansion Across Europe and North America
Simpson Thacher represented the Yondr Group, a leading global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, in securing ‘holdco financing’ designed to strengthen its ability to scale rapidly across Europe and North America as demand for digital infrastructure continues to accelerate. The Yondr Group is a portfolio company of DigitalBridge, La Caisse and Allianz Global Investors.
The European Holdco Facility will provide additional capital across its predominantly stabilised European platform. The facility is designed to support continued growth across the region, reduce asset-level leverage and provide additional funding flexibility as Yondr continues to expand its European footprint.
