Jared Wilner Moderated Panel at the Association of Life Insurance Counsel 2026 Annual Meeting
Jared Wilner, Partner and Head of the Firm’s Insurance Transactional and Regulatory practice, moderated a panel hosted by the Association of Life Insurance Counsel (ALIC) on May 19 in Asheville, North Carolina. The mainstage session, titled “Trends in Life Insurance Annuity Transactions,” covered how certain macro trends, such as demographic change, new technologies and financial market dynamics are driving transaction in the life insurance and annuity sector. Panelists also reviewed the outlook for consolidation, cross-border opportunities, and the key developments likely to drive transaction activity over the next 12 to 24 months.
Organized in 1913, the Association of Life Insurance Counsel seeks to advance legal representation of the life insurance industry by fostering community and facilitating the exchange of knowledge and ideas among ALIC members. Jared Wilner has a long-standing relationship with ALIC and previously served as their Corporate Section Chair.
