Vanessa Burrows Speaks at the 12th Annual IBA World Life Sciences Conference
Partner Vanessa Burrows was a featured speaker at the International Bar Association’s 12th Annual World Life Sciences Conference on June 5th. Vanessa spoke on a panel titled, “What are the most challenging contractual issues when discussing licensing and other agreements with strategic partners?” The panel explored how to structure agreements that balance revenue generation, innovation, and long-term business growth in the life sciences sector. Vanessa highlighted critical legal and operational risks that arise across the lifecycle of the license and how these risks can be proactively managed in such agreements.
