Veld Capital Closes €355 Million Continuation Vehicle
Simpson Thacher represented Veld Capital in connection with the close of its asset-backed credit continuation vehicle (“CV”) at €355 million of equity commitments.
The CV was established to acquire a diversified portfolio of asset-backed finance assets in Europe. Funds managed by Blue Owl’s Alternative Credit strategy acted as the lead investor in the CV.
